OUR MISSION
Our mission is to develop and build a foundation of strong leaders in an organization where our operating systems and training gives even the average sales representative the opportunity to earn a six figure income. We need leaders who can manage, train, develop and help us build and maintain these systems at scale.
OUR VISION
Our vision at VSP is to grow our team to 10,000 agents both in virtual and hybrid positions across the United States in the next 5 years. In order to do this we need motivated, driven, and ambitious leaders who are willing to work extremely hard to set themselves apart in an opportunity that truly gives unlimited earning potential.
